Tom-

This reminds of an early call, where I mentioned Kirton Adaption-Innovation Theory and the KAI assessment. Those of us who prefer less structure in our problem-solving want to bring the new and beautiful thing into the world. We are often frustrated when the structured problem-solvers, who are essential to making it real, start rounding off the edges of our design.

But, when we know each other’s preferences for structure, we can start early together and produce some beautiful that actually works in the real world.

Hit me up, if you are still interested in completing the KAI assessment. 🙂
